Reflections on the First Year

I am extremely grateful to have been able to bring coworking to Loveland. The past year has been filled with lots of highs and lows, many learning experiences, a great number of new friends, and the opportunity to meet so many amazing people. The journey to the milestone of the first anniversary did not go as I had expected, but I would not trade where we are at now for anything.

As I have reflected on the past year I am most thankful for the community that calls The Armory home.  We have grown to be 18 members strong.  I feel privileged to work alongside people doing such incredible and meaningful work.  I get to see people everyday create stories, have adventures, start and serve non-profits, start businesses, and turn dreams into realities.  It is an honor for me to know and call them friends, not just members.

I also am extremely grateful for the support and encouragement other business owners and community members have given me along the way.  There have been many kind words and referrals that others have given on The Armory's behalf.   I am proud to be part of downtown Loveland and the local business community.

What I am most thankful for over the past year is my wife. The Armory would not have made it to the first anniversary without her ongoing support and encouragement.  Her creativity, integrity, and strength spur me on to do great things.

Thank you to all those that have joined and supported The Armory during its first year.  It would not be what it is without you.  I look forward to the future of coworking at The Armory and continuing to see the community grow and flourish.

meaningful .... gratitude for work, friendship and co-workers. and i love the fact that you have your wife so close to your heart and know that you share everything together - that's what will make you successful always and anywhere. God Bless.
Awesome post, Jason. I can't believe it's already been a year!!! I'm glad you've been able to make coworking work in Loveland. I appreciate all the sacrifices you and Leah have made over this past year. None of us can do what we do without a supportive spouse. Here's to another year!
